Yes. Most modern Android devices support NFC tap functionality. If tapping does not work, make sure NFC is enabled in your device settings. Fans can also scan the QR code on the back of the FIFA Fan ID to access the same experience.

The FIFA Fan ID experience requires the physical FIFA Fan ID card to activate. When prompted after tapping with NFC or scanning the QR, place the physical card inside the on-screen viewfinder and hold your phone steady for a few seconds so the experience can recognize and unlock the content.

If scanning or recognition does not begin immediately, try:

• Making sure the card is fully visible in the camera viewfinder
• Using the experience in a well-lit area
• Holding your phone steady for a few seconds
• Cleaning the camera lens if the image appears blurry

Yes. Volunteers or staff may be able to assist with scanning the QR code or tapping the card. However, fans must log in using their own FIFA ID credentials to access the experience.

Yes! Fans can upload personal photos to the Matchday Memories Action Tile within their FIFA Fan ID experience. Simply open the tile and log in with your FIFA ID to upload photos from your matchday experience and save them directly to your FIFA Fan ID.

Yes. Personal photo uploads can be edited, deleted, or replaced by the user at any time.

No. The photos and content you upload to your FIFA Fan ID experience are private and only visible to you. Your uploads are stored securely, and your FIFA ID login helps protect personal content and account-related features so only you can access your experience.

The FIFA Fan ID experience is available in English, Spanish, and French. Fans can select their preferred language during activation, and swap languages at any time if needed.
